Allium albopilosum (syn cristophii)

Large heads of starry, silvery-lilac flowers on stocky stems. Long-lasting and excellent dried. Foliage dies down before flowering.

Flowering period:  June to July.
Growing conditions:  Full sun.
Typical mature height:  20 inches ( 51 cms )
 RHS Award of Garden Merit  This plant has been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
