South African bulb. Two-tone flower spikes topped with pineapple-like tufts.

Flowering period:  July and August.
Growing conditions:  Well-drained soil in sun.
Special note:  Protect from frost.
Typical mature height:  20 inches ( 51 cms )
Hardiness:  Half-hardy. Should withstand mild UK winters.
