Camassia quamash Orion

Deep violet-blue flowers in early summer. Summer dormant. Good for naturalising.

Flowering period:  Early summer.
Growing conditions:  Sun or part shade in moist soil, even heavy clay.
Special note:  Plant to double the depth of the bulbs.
Typical mature height:  14 inches ( 36 cms )
Hardiness:  Hardy. Should withstand average to cold UK winters.
